Day 1 :Haridwar

Delhi/Haridwar (230 kms/6 hrs)
Today morning we start our holy journey from Delhi reaching the Hari- dwar “Door to Vishnu”.
On arrival check in at the hotel.
Later proceed to visit the Har ki Paudi & Ganga Mandir. At evening attend one of the most beautiful religious ceremony, aarti at the Har Ki Paudi.

Day 2 :Barkot

Haridwar/Barkot (220 kms/08 hrs)
After early breakfast drive to Barkot, enroute visit the beautiful landscapes of Dehradun and Mussoorie.
Continue drive to Barkot at an altitude of 1280 Mts. a place with rich forests of pine and seasonal fruits like Apple and apricots.
On arrival check in at hotel, rest of the day at leisure.

Day 3 :Barkot

Barkot/Yamunotri/Barkot {36 kms drive & 7 kms Trek (one side)}
After breakfast we start our journey starting from Barkot to reach Phool Chatti via Janki Chatti and Hanuman Chatti. From here it is 7 Kms Trek to Yamunotri (Ponies, dandies and kandies are available on direct payment basis). Near the temple there are three hot springs. The most important, Surya Kund, is a Tank full of boiling water into which rice and potatos are dipped to be cooked and taken as “prasad”. A bath in the Hot springs is very refreshing after a tedious walk.
Worship the Divya Shila before worshipping the Deity.
Later trek down to Hanuman Chetti & drive back to your hotel in Barkot.

Day 4 :Uttarkashi

Barkot /Uttarkashi (100kms/4hr)
after breakfast check out from hotel and drive to Uttarkashi - an important pilgrimage centre, situated at an elevation of 1,150 mts. Located on the banks of River Bhagirathi.
On arrival check in at the hotel.
Later proceed to visit – Vishwanath Temple, where a massive iron trident is erected. Every year during the “Magh Mela” people visit Uttarkashi to take holy dip in Bhagirathi along with the image of their village deity.

Day 5 :Uttarkashi

Uttarkashi /Gangotri /Uttarkashi (100 kms/4 hrs each side)

After early breakfast we proceed for same day excursion to Gangotri (3048 mts) Where Ganga came down to earth.

The picturesque pilgrimage of Gangotri where Ganga touched earth for the first time. The 18th Century temple dedicated to the Goddess Ganga is an exquisite 20 ft. high structure made of white granite.

After Gangotri Darshan we return to Uttarkashi, en-route enjoy picturesque Harsil village, Bhagirathi River and the most magnificent view of the Himalayas.

Day 6 :Guptkasi

Uttarkashi /Guptkashi (220 kms/10hr)
After early breakfast check out from hotel & drive to Guptkashi via the Heritage City of Tehri Submerged in to the Mighty eater of Holy Ganga due to construction of Tehri Dam.
Guptkashi, The name was given to the place as it is said to be the hiding place of Lord shiva when he was unwilling to give darshan to pandavs. 46 Kms Off Kedarnath, Guptakashi is the shrine at a height of 1319 mtrs.

Day 7 :Kedarnath

Guptkashi/Kedarnath (32kms by road & 19 kms Trek one way)
After early morning breakfast we drive to Gaurikund, from where we trek to Kedarnath (3584 mts) (Ponies, dandies and kandies are available on direct payment basis). Amidst the dramatic mountain escapes of the majestic Kedarnath Range stands one of the twelve “Jyotirlingas” of Kadar ji or Lord Shiva. At an altitude of 3584 Mts. and on the head of river Mandakini, the shrine of Kedarnath is amongst the holiest pilgrimages for the Hindus.
On arrival check in at the hotel.
After freshening up, perform Pooja and also Darshan at Shri Kedarnathji.
Special Instructions : Tour members should carry personal medicines, heavy woolen, tolietteries and clothes for an overnight halt at Kedarnath.

Day 8 :Pipalkoti

Kedarnath/Gaurikund/Pipalkoti (19 Kms Down Trek & 170 kms drive)
After breakfast check out from lodge & trek down to Gaurikund.
We drive to Pipalkoti on our way we come across Three important Confluences – Rudraprayag (Alaknanda and Madakini rivers), Karanprayag (Alaknanda and Pinder rivers) and Nandprayag (Alaknanda and Nandakini) respectively.
Our drive takes us to Pipalkoti in the evening. On arrival check in at the hotel.

Day 9 :Badrinath

Pipalkoti/Badrinath (80kms/4hr)
After early breakfast check out from hotel and drive to Badrinath. On our way we see the confluence of Alaknanda and Dhauliganga rivers at Vishnuprayag. Encircled by a beautiful valley, on the banks of holy river Alankanda. With the Neelakanth mountains as the backdrop.
Badrinath Dham is one of the Holiest of the four shrines on the scared itinerary of every devour Hindu.
On arrival check in at the hotel. After freshening up, proceed to visit :
Mana Village : Inhabited by an Indo-Mongolian tribe, it is the last Indian village before Tibet.
Bhim Pul : On the other side of Mana village, a massive rock forming a natural bridge lies over the roaring Saraswati river. It presents a spectacular view of water thundering down through the narrow passage under the rock and is believed to have been placed there by Bhim, the second eldest among the five Pandava brothers.
Vyas Gufa (cave): Near Mana Village, this is a rock-cave where Ved Vyas is believed to have composed the Mahabharata and the pauranic commentaries.
Later vehicle will drop you at temple parking for Darshan of Badrivishal- one of the most celebrated pilgrimage spots of the country and is situated at an elevation of 3,133 meters, guarded on either side by the two mountain ranges known as Nar & Narayan with the towering Neelkanth Peak providing a splendid backdrop. This revered spot was once carpeted with wild berries. Thus the place got the name "Badri van", meaning "forest of berries". You may also explore Tapta Kund, Narad Kund & Brahma Kapal around temple complex.

Day 10 :Srinagar Garhwal

Badrinath/Srinagar (150 kms/7hr)
Early morning check out from hotel and drive to Srinagar, enroute visit temple of Dhari Devi (Dedicated to Devi Kali Mata)- Dhari Devi godess is considered as guardian deity of Uttarakhand located in Kalyasaur along the Srinagar -Badrinath Highway on the banks of the Alaknanda River in the Garhwal Region of Uttarakhand state. It is about 15 km from Srinagar Garhwal & 20 km from Rudraprayag.
Legend 2013 Uttarakhand flood - A manifestation of Goddess Kali, Dhari Devi is revered as the protector of the Char Dhams. When the idol of the diety was removed from her temple then after few hours a very severe cloudburst took place. As per the devotees, the place had to face the Goddess’ ire as she was shifted from her ‘mool sthan’ (original abode) to make way for a 330 MW hydel project. That project lies in ruins after the flood. A similar attempt in 1882 by a local king had resulted in a landslide that had flattened Kedarnath.
Later continue drive to Srinagar is an facinating old capital of Garhwal. It is an important cultural and Educational centre.

Day 11 :Rishikesh

Srinagar/Rishikesh (107kms/4hr)
After breakfast check out from hotel and drive to Rishikesh. On our way we come across the confluence of Alaknanda and Bhagirathi rivers Deoprayag.

It is a feeling like no other in the natural settings of beautiful landscapes. River rafting is a trending activity in India and brings thrill to everyone, age being no exception.
